1/2/12         Yoga 1 hour class, Cross-trainer 40 minutes 

1/3/12         Cross-trainer 40 minutes, Weight Train 30 minutes 

1/4/12         Yoga 1 hour class, Cross-trainer 40 minutes 

1/5/12         Cross-trainer 40 minutes, Weight Train 30 minutes 

1/6/12         Yoga 1 hour class, Cross-trainer 40 minutes X

1/7/12         Off
