Last week was a busy but I was able to complete most of my exercise goals. And I am really feeling much better. This week will be equally as busy and hope to be able to stick to my schedule.

3/11/12            Off 

3/12/12            Off 

3/13/12            Piyo 1-hour class, Weight Training 30 minutes X

3/14/12            Pilates 1-hour class, Cross-trainer 30 minutes X

3/15/12            Yoga 1-hour class, Weight Training 30 minutes 

3/16/12            Piyo 1-hour class, Cross-trainer 30 minutes 

3/17/12            Weight Train 30 minutes, Cross-trainer 30 minutes X
