April 1st – Exercise Log

Last week, was busy week and I was able to squeeze in most of my exercise. And this week will not be different. Until summer break, I guess that will be the name of the game.

4/01/12            Off 

4/02/12            Yoga 1-hour class, 30 minutes Weight-training 

4/03/12            Piyo 1-hour class √

4/04/12            Off 

4/05/12            Yoga 1-hour class, 30 minutes Weight-training 

4/06/12            Cross-trainer 30 minutes, 30 minutes Weight-training X

4/07/12            Tennis 1 ½ hour class X
