Last week went smoothly and I am hope for more of the same this week.

4/15/12            Off 

4/16/12            Yoga1 hour class 

4/17/12            Piyo 1-hour class, Weight Training 30 minutes, Hike/Walk 3 miles 

4/18/12            Cross trainer 30 minutes 

4/19/12            Yoga 1-hour class, Weight Training 30 minutes, Hike/Walk 3 miles √

4/20/12            Off 

4/21/12            Tennis 1 ½ hour class X
